LIVING WILLS: A "Living Will" is not a "Will." It is a very limited, end-of-life, medical Power of Attorney stating what types of medical treatment you would want, or not want, at life's end, and names a batting order of individuals doctors are to consult when in doubt about that. It is one of the Key 4 estate planning documents (a "Will," a general Power of Attorney, and a Funeral Agent Form being the other 3) that I recommend to all clients.
