NJ State Assemblyman Joe Danielsen, who authored, sponsored, and promoted the "Carry Killer" bill A4769, which is an anti-2nd Amendment bill that blatantly infringes upon the Rights of We, The People to protect ourselves, has willfully and intentionally violated his oath of office by introducing legislation that deprives NJ citizens of Rights and privileges protected by the Constitution of the United States, and is therefore subject to the panalties described in Title 18 of United States Code Section 242.
He MUST be held accountable for his crimes and punished according to this law, as he has failed his duty to the people of NJ and lost any and all confidence of the People to execute the duties of his office with integrity, honor, or dignity.
