What inspired you to pursue a career in law?
Concern for family and others, valuing rules and order, and being a lifelong learner all inspired me to pursue law. The law is where people and ideas intersect — it’s ever-evolving and a reflection of who we are as a society.
What is your favorite thing to do on the weekend?
Golfing, kayaking, yardwork (!), hiking, and birdwatching.
Describe one of your favorite work memories.
Attorney retreats, golf outings, and other social events with firm colleagues.
What are your favorite things about working for NRS and representing our clients?
The firm’s great culture and team approach, where every role is valued and important. I also appreciate representing people from all walks of life.
What has been your biggest accomplishment while working at NRS?
Achieving case outcomes that have made real financial — and emotional — differences in clients’ lives. Holding people accountable for mistakes and wrongs promotes healing, responsibility, and greater safety for everyone.
What did you want to be when you were growing up?
A garbage man.
What are three items on your bucket list?
I don’t really have a bucket list, but I’d say traveling to my wife’s dream vacation destination(s) with her — followed by some combination of golf and fishing trips with buddies.
