The spring market is officially here… but this isn’t the chaos of 2021 anymore.

Here’s what’s REALLY happening in Denver right now 👇

• More homes are hitting the market
➡️ Buyers finally have more options and a little breathing room.

• Buyer demand is still strong
➡️ Homes going under contract stayed steady month-to-month and are UP from last year.

• Buyers are being more selective
➡️ The “anything goes” frenzy is over. Pricing and presentation matter more than ever.

• Home prices are still holding strong
➡️ Median closed price climbed to $607,500.

• Homes are selling FASTER than last month
➡️ Well-priced homes are moving quickly while overpriced homes sit.

The biggest shift?
This market rewards strategy. Sellers can still win BIG, but pricing correctly is everything. Buyers finally have negotiating power again — without the market collapsing.
