Marjorie Heinrich has nearly thirty years of e
xperience representing the interests of both Plaintiffs and Defendants in all facets of personal injury and employment litigation. She founded Heinrich Law, PC on the principle that professionalism and courtesy go hand in hand with maximizing a client’s recovery. Heinrich worked as a defense attorney for more than twenty years, eventually being honored as 2007 Defense Attorney of the year by the San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association. Since 2008, Ms. Heinrich has specialized in representing individuals who have been injured, often catastrophically, by the fault of others. Having represented both individuals and insurance companies for decades, Ms. Heinrich brings a unique perspective to both claims resolution and litigation. Her background as a defense attorney allows her to evaluate and resolve many claims without having to file a lawsuit, an approach that saves clients time, money, and the stress of all-out litigation. For cases that must be litigated, Ms. Heinrich believes in pairing tough, aggressive advocacy with collegiality. This approach encourages an even, fair, and just process, where the client is not caught up in a “war” between lawyers’ egos. Prior to forming Heinrich Law, PC, Ms. Heinrich and her partner, Ethan Wimert, worked together for six years as the managing attorney and senior associate of The Dolan Law Firm’s East Bay office. During that time, they built a proven track record of success as a team, regularly obtaining six and seven figure resolutions on behalf of their clients, who have included: pedestrians, cyclists, motorcyclists, motorists, and elderly individuals who have suffered abuse at the hands of those trusted to care for them. Heinrich and Mr. Wimert struck out on their own together in 2015, resolved to build a firm that puts the individual needs of its clients first.
