Tonight, Yousef Jesri with Sundgren Realty & Auction came out to cheer on Hollyn Burtin at her t-ball game. It was such a simple but meaningful reminder that at the end of the day, we’re not just business partners, we’re friends who truly show up for each other and each other’s families.

Every closing tells a story, and this one is especially meaningful to us.

Our own Jordan Burtin spends her days helping buyers, sellers, agents, and lenders navigate the closing process. She knows better than most what it takes to get a transaction across the finish line. This month, Jordan and her family found themselves on the other side of the closing table as they sold their home and purchased their forever home all in the same day!

This successful transition was the result of exceptional teamwork, communication, and dedication from everyone involved. As we often say, great closings happen when great people work together, and this transaction was a perfect example of that.

Some days remind us exactly why we love what we do.

Today our team was everywhere! Jordan handling multiple closings that all depended on one another, plus other transactions in our El Dorado office, Julie closing transactions in our Augusta office, and then she even traveled for an off-site closing. It was a busy day, but that’s where our team shines.

Days like today don’t happen by accident. They take strong relationships, intentional communication, attention to detail, and our incredible staff and partners who are committed to putting clients first.
