Initially founded in 2001, Cetrulo, Mowery and Hicks offers a conveniently based office in Edgewood, Kentucky with local attorneys and staff rooted in the Northern Kentucky and the Greater Cincinnati community. Susanne Cetrulo is originally from Lucasville, Ohio, but has lived in Northern Kentucky since 1981, where she and Bob have raised their three children. Susanne initially worked for 8 years as a staff attorney for the Kentucky Court of Appeals, has taught law classes in OHio to paralegals and college students through University of Cincinnati and has volunteered for many years with CASA, Women's Crisis Center, Cameron's Cause, and several other agencies in Northern Kentucky. She worked as an associate attorney at Kohnen, Patton and Hunt, before joining Ware, Bryson, West and Ku**er in 1995. In 2001, she joined with her husband, Robert, to form Cetrulo and Mowery. Susanne actively practices in Ohio and Kentucky in the areas of civil litigation, employment law and adoption law. Susanne is not only licensed to practice in both states and several federal courts, she is licensed to appear before the U.S. Susanne was recognized as one of the Kentucky's most prolific trial attorneys in 2004 by Kentucky Verdict Reporter. Cetrulo is a lifelong resident of Northern Kentucky. He, like Susanne, graduated from Chase College of law in 1981. He has practiced in Northern kentucky since that time, originally with Cetrulo and Associates, then Ware, Bryson, West and Ku**er, before opening the firm of Cetrulo and Mowery in 2001. Bob has also taught as an adjunct professor through the University of Cincinnati and has received additional training in the field of mediation and has served as a certified mediator, successfully resolving numerous cases throughout the state of Kentucky for the past nine years. In 2006, the firm was listed among Kentucky’s most prolific trial firms in the Kentucky Trial Court Review. In 2007, Robert was listed as the most prolific attorney in the Commonwealth of Kentucky by the Kentucky Trial Court Review. Lawrence Hicks, also a lifelong resident of Northern Kentucky, has just joined the firm of Cetrulo and Mowery, which will now be known as Cetrulo, Mowery and Hicks. Larry graduated from Chase College of Law, with Bob and Susanne, in 1984. For twenty eight years, they had talked of practicing together at some point and finally, the timing was right! Larry is a member of Member of Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce; Northern Kentucky Legal Aid Society, Northern Kentucky Bar Association and Kentucky Bar Association; American Association for Justice; Kentucky Justice Association; Salmon P. Chase College of Law Inn of Courts. He has practiced with Sutton and Rankin most recently, but has been extrememly successful in civil and business litigation for twenty eight years, representing individuals and companies. He has also had an active practice in domestic relations and workers compensation, and social security. Larry has an undergraduate decree in Accounting from the University of Kentucky and also has training and experience in computer information systems. Because of this background Larry understands how businesses are organized, how they run, and has represented many companies in business litigation. We pride ourselves on providing professional and experienced service on a cost effective basis. Upon request, we can provide a schedule of fees or an estimate of fees for specific legal services. The fees charged will vary upon the particular matter to be handled.

Cetrulo Law is proud to announce that Lindsay S. Rump has become an equity partner with the firm. Lindsay has been an integral part and partner in the firm since 2015. She previously worked as a partner at Smith, Rolfes, and Skavdahl, LPA, for ten years. She has handled civil litigation, property and casualty claims, insurance defense and subrogation for several insurers, including Kentucky Farm Bureau, EMC Insurance, Farmers Insurance Company, Allstate Insurance and State Farm Insurance.

A member of the Kentucky and Ohio Bar since 2003, Lindsay is admitted to practice in Kentucky and Ohio, and a number of federal courts. She also serves on the Criminal Justice Act panel for the Eastern District of Kentucky. Lindsay is a graduate of Salmon P. Chase College of Law, and Northern Kentucky University and is a lifelong resident of the Greater Cincinnati area. A law school recipient of the CALI Award of Excellence for Trial Advocacy, Lindsay is highly regarded for her litigation skills by plaintiff and defense attorneys and judges throughout both states. She has provided numerous presentations and authored several publications on insurance defense and bad faith litigation. Lindsay and her husband Steve are the proud parents of 4 young boys and actively involved in the community.
