🏡 Four homes SOLD in August!

These four closings are a pretty great example of how different every real estate transaction can be.

One was a short sale that required plenty of patience and persistence. In another, I represented the seller while the buyer represented themselves. One buyer finally found the home she had been searching for after a full year of looking, and another got the keys to her very first home. 🔑❤️
