Chippewa Valley Property Management was started in November 2011 by Todd Schwartz and Patrick Rebman. This company was initially formed to help their real estate investors help manage their properties as they were growing their businesses. Since both Todd and Patrick had years of experience managing their own investment properties they thought they would lend their expertise and assist others. How

ever, word of mouth grew faster than they were expecting and soon after establishing they were managing many more properties than they were expecting, encouraging them to employ additional staff and establishing an office. In January of 2015, Chippewa Valley Property Management found its home at 1827 Brackett Ave. In April of 2016 the business expanded again and Chippewa Valley Real Estate was established to allow the company to broker real estate sales transitions for those they were serving. The company has continued to grow in both team members and client base finding a niche with residential real estate investors and residential buying and selling.
