There’s no real separation between “work life” and “home life.” They just kind of happen at the same time.

I’m answering emails while switching laundry.
Writing contracts between school pickups.
Taking calls while figuring out dinner.
Running a business from a dining table that may or may not have enough room left for us to actually eat at.

Some days I feel really on top of it.

Other days, the laundry lives on the table for three days.

And honestly, this is probably a much more accurate picture of what running my own business looks like than any perfectly staged desk ever could be.

It’s messy. It’s busy. It’s a lot.

But it’s also mine. ❤️

What you don’t see nearly as often? My SOLD posts.

A friend recently pointed that out to me and said, “People never see your successes.”

And honestly, she’s right.

I’ve always struggled with posting the “Look what I sold!” stuff because it feels a little too much like… look at me. 😂

I’d rather tell you the story behind the house. The first-time buyer. The offer we fought for. The inspection that almost derailed everything. The negotiations nobody saw.

But maybe that’s exactly what I’ve been missing.

Those stories ARE the success.

And people probably need to know I’m actually pretty damn good at what I do. 😂

So you might start seeing a few more SOLD posts around here.

Because I don’t just help people SELL houses.

Don’t let “built in 1965,” “flag lot,” or “145 DOM” scare you away from seeing this beautiful custom home.

Here’s what those numbers don’t tell you:

FLAG LOT: Honestly? Kind of a perk. Less street noise and more privacy. And this one is split so there’s no easement with the neighbor. You each have your own driveway.

BUILT IN 1965: Not exactly. The home itself was built in 2010. There’s a backstory involving permits, paperwork and some good old-fashioned red tape that requires me to list 1965. 😂 Call me. I’ll explain.
