Dorothy Pemberton Realtor

Dorothy Pemberton Realtor There's No Place Like Home I truly love working with real estate and living in Downey. I am your Downey expert as a Lifelong resident and raising my family here.

I'm a Downey High Alumni and graduated from CSULB with a Teaching Credential and a Masters. I have held my Real Estate License since 1985 and recently obtained my Brokers License. My experience in real estate starts with working for a developer/builder, where I learned from the ground up how a home is built. As the escrow manager in this company, I learned all the intricate details of closing. My

memberships include; National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors and Downey Association of Realtors. I’m also a Notary Public. Volunteering in my community has been so rewarding. The history of Downey is rich and the community takes pride in its award winning schools, as well as strong community involvement. I belong to many nonprofit organizations and want to give back to our community in every way. I pride myself in honesty and efficiency with my buyers or sellers. , I always find the perfect home for my client and listen to their needs and wants. I enjoy handling each transaction from start to finish by myself, not a team. We have one of the largest offices in Downey with over 100 agents, so I have many resources. I will explain every step of the process and work out any issues along the way. If you want a one-on-one relationship with your realtor and want to deal with an expert, let me be your realtor. I’m always a call, text or Email away. Like Dorothy always says in the Wizard of Oz.... “There’s No Place Like Home”. Visit my website http://www.dorothypemberton.com/ for more information.
