📬 Real estate isn’t always contracts, showings, and open houses.
Sometimes it’s checking a mailbox.
One of my sellers recently relocated out of the area before we bring their home to market. While getting the house ready for photos, showings, and launch day, they realized they were having issues with their mail forwarding and were worried about missing something important.
So they asked if I could check their mailbox.
I stopped by, gathered everything that had arrived, and I’ll be sending it their way so they can have peace of mind knowing nothing important was missed.
This is one of those things that doesn’t show up on a listing agreement.
But when clients trust me to help them through a major life transition, I take that responsibility seriously.
Sometimes that means staging advice.
Sometimes it means coordinating vendors.
And sometimes it means checking the mailbox.
