While being a Realtor in this crazy market can sometimes be extremely challenging and stressful, receiving a review like this from a past client makes it all worth it!
A little back story.... Sellers had a newborn baby and did not want to be inconvenienced with private showings! In addition, they were also having a new home built in another state! I was able to create a marketing plan to have over 45 families attend the weekend open houses and we received multiple offers with very favorable terms for the sellers that worked with their timeline for the new build!

Not the best at keeping up with my posts, but this one was definitely special, so I did want to take a moment to congratulate my buyer on his closing yesterday for an off-market property we were able to get under contract in North Wilmington! I was fortunate to represent both the seller and buyer and all parties were very happy with the end results. This market has its challenges but you just have to keep pushing and become a little more creative!
