I'm a little embarrassed to admit this, but… my phone is a pretty accurate snapshot of my life right now. 😅

Vintage finds while showing homes.
Silly faces with my son.
300 photos of Stella that all look almost identical.
Dinner ideas I screenshot and swear I'm going to make.
Plants that somehow turned into a collection.
Stocks I'm keeping an eye on.
A handful of places we've been loving lately.

Nothing groundbreaking. Just real life.

I don't know who she was but she made some interesting choices 😂

Vegetarian as a teenager for reasons I genuinely cannot remember. Then full carnivore for 18 months in my 40s trying to heal my hormones. It worked until my body decided to throw insulin resistance into the mix.

A few real estate things that make me do the side-eye. 👀

• The buyer who says, "This is the one!" and then wants to offer 20% below asking.

• Listing photos that look like they were taken during a power outage.

• Agents who disappear after the contract is signed like the rest of the transaction just handles itself.

Real estate is never perfect, but communication, good marketing, and realistic expectations go a long way.

I had to tell him the house he was renting was being sold. .

He had never purchased a home before and wasn't sure what the process looked like. With a deadline hanging over him, there wasn't much room for trial and error.

We talked through his options, and put together a plan that fit his timeline.

17 days later, he was closing on his first home.

One of the things I enjoy most about real estate is helping people work through situations that feel overwhelming at first. A little guidance and a clear plan can make a big difference.
