After recently getting married, I've officially gone from Karla MacWilliams to Karla Oeser.🥰

And yes, I married a man named Karl. Somewhere along the way we decided that introducing ourselves as "Karl and Karla" sounded like a perfectly reasonable life choice.

While my last name may be new, everything else is staying the same. I'm still the same Realtor, still serving the Emerald Coast, and still passionate about helping families buy, sell, and invest in real estate.

So if you receive an email from Karla Oeser, see a new name on a sign, or hear someone call me Mrs. Oeser, don't worry! It's still me😃

Sharing my quick and easy homemade guacamole recipe you can enjoy today:

Simple Fresh Guacamole
• 3 ripe avocados
• 1/4 cup diced red onion
• 1 small tomato, diced
• 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
• 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
• Pinch of salt

Mash avocados, mix everything together, and enjoy with your favorite chips or tacos!
