Another day, another final walkthrough in Conway! 🏠🔍 While new builds offer that fresh, modern feel, they aren't always "perfect" right off the bat. During this inspection, I identified several items that need to be addressed before closing:

• Roofing: Exposed nails that are already starting to rust.
• Drainage: Clogged gutters and standing water alongside the home.
• Electrical: Open neutrals found in the bedroom outlets.
• Plumbing: The TMP piping on the water heater is horizontal and needs a licensed plumber’s evaluation.
• Attic: Missing baffles and structural repairs that require an engineer’s sign-off to ensure they are sound.
A home is likely your biggest investment. Make sure it's done right! 🛠️💼
