I have been doing REOs for years now, and have taken different certification classes. This certification class was the best I have taken as far as I am concerned. Usual and good information for a agent from the time you start a REO listing, how you work the REO, and how you close them and wrap them up. It also offers you very useful tools and information on the BPO side if REOs. For me, it was money well invested.
