What’s Happening in Westside Danville?

We’re enjoying a little time away in Maui, but we’re still keeping an eye on what’s happening back home in Danville.

The latest numbers for Westside Danville are interesting. There are currently 17 homes for sale, 6 pending sales and 7 homes sold in the past 30 days. Inventory is at about 2.4 months, with homes that have sold averaging 46 days on the market.

But as we always say, the numbers only tell part of the story.

Every neighborhood is different, and every home is different. Price, condition, location and how a property is positioned can all make a meaningful difference in the outcome.

If you’ve been wondering what the current market means for your home, we’re always happy to talk through it with you. You don’t have to be thinking about selling to have the conversation.
