Federal Defense Firm

Federal Defense Firm The Wisely Law Firm PLLC In 1990, I joined the Dallas Police Department and became the youngest sworn police officer in the City of Dallas.

In 1997, I resigned my position with the Dallas Police Department and began my legal studies. I received my Juris Doctor from Texas A&M University School of Law (formerly Texas Wesleyan University School of Law) and was licensed to practice law in 2001. After obtaining my law license, I continued in public service as an Assistant District Attorney for the State of Texas. In 2005, I established The

Wisely Law Firm PLLC in North Texas. My legal experience has included both criminal and civil litigation. I have represented clients in legal actions against government entities, as well as causes of action against private employers in claims of workplace discrimination, sexual harassment, and wrongful termination. I have been a member of the United States Criminal Justice Act Panel for 16 years, where I have practiced as a federal criminal trial attorney in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas (Dallas & Fort Worth Divisions). I am also admitted to practice in the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. During my career, I have handled more than 1,000 cases to disposition or verdict. Let me put my experience to work for you!
