Meet Justin Williamson
Service Manager | Problem Solver | Team Builder | Lifelong Learner
“If you ask me how I got into maintenance, I’ll tell you it all started with a simple fascination: I loved taking things apart just to figure out how to put them back together! From an early age, I was fascinated by how things worked, why they stopped working, and, most importantly, how I could fix them.
My maintenance journey started at just 11 years old, working in a hog barn repairing and maintaining equipment. From there, I moved into the dairy barn, where my mornings consisted of herding cows, milking, and keeping the equipment running. I eventually found myself working on the processing plant machinery, continuing to build the troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience that would shape my career.
In 2009, I officially entered the multifamily maintenance industry, and I haven’t looked back! What started as a childhood curiosity has grown into a career built on problem-solving, hard work, and a genuine passion for helping others.
But if there’s one thing I love more than fixing things, it’s helping people grow.
I take my responsibility as a leader seriously. I believe great leadership isn’t about a title; it’s about setting the example, getting your hands dirty, sharing your knowledge, and helping the people around you become better than they were yesterday. Whether I’m troubleshooting a difficult maintenance issue, teaching a technician something new, or jumping in alongside my team to get the job done, I believe leadership starts with action.
There’s nothing quite like the satisfaction of a hard day’s work, knowing you made a difference, solved a problem, and helped someone along the way.
As I step into my role as Service Manager, I’m excited to bring that same energy, dedication, and passion for people to this team. I look forward to building strong relationships, sharing what I’ve learned, learning from those around me, and creating a team environment where everyone takes pride in what we accomplish together.
