A trailer equipped with refrigeration brought food into neighborhoods where people needed it, with a client-select setup so families could choose their food.

When Spenser was deployed, Leadership Forsyth stepped up for his family.

Tammy Bramblett and other members of the organization provided meals, brought toys for his daughters, and made sure his family felt supported while he was away.

For almost 18 years since, she's been running Leadership Forsyth.

11 of our 40-something podcast guests went through it. Spenser did. Christopher's in the class right now. We're starting to think it's a requirement.

This week Tammy sits down with us to talk about the 5 a.m. food line most of Forsyth County has never heard of, how they catch ChatGPT essays from high schoolers, and the day the Oprah Winfrey Show called and she assumed it was a prank.

We also learned Spenser is allergic to public math. Nobody was surprised.
