Courtroom designs often represent the great weight of justice. The grand ceilings and the tall walls intend to convey the purpose: to formally weigh evidence and measure out justice accordingly.

I was as nervous in my most recent visit to a courtroom (despite having been to court in the thousands of times) as I was the first time I appeared in one on behalf of a client nearly 20 years ago. Why? I feel the weight of justice, and I understand that I have the great privilege and responsibility or representing the interests of a client as that client’s life or business interests get weighed on those scales.

TK Law brings presence to your disputes because we’ve been there before. We know and respect what it means for our clients to trust us with their legal needs.

At TK Law, we strive for excellence. We have talked previously about one part of what that means: excelling by using our expertise to provide legal services tailored to meet our clients’ needs.

Today, we want to talk about the other part of excellence. At TK Law, we aim to provide white glove service to our most important assets, our clients. We understand we provide professional services, but the result and aim of those services is not about us. TK Law is not the name of the plaintiff or the defendant or the business or the contract party we represent. Our clients come to us to protect and serve their interests, often at times when they have specific concerns they look for us to address. That is a stressful enough time as it is is.

As a result, everything we do, from the technology we select to assist us to the communications we have with you and with others on your behalf, we do it to make the lives of our clients easier.

Be careful out there. Hybrid identity theft / cyber fraud schemes are becoming more sophisticated. With the rise of online banking and lending and the increased capabilities of digital image manipulation and AI, we have seen an increase in criminals using others’ identities to obtain high-value loans. TK Law can help get these matters resolved for you if they happen to you.

TK Law officially went live yesterday. I couldn’t have done so without the efforts of several people. I want to thank Tyler at TeamLogic IT, who went above and beyond making sure not only that my email and document servers were functional but that they were also incredibly secure. This enables me to provide a seamless transition to support my clients’ needs without disruption. In fact, from the moment I went live, I was sending emails and getting work done to advance client interests.

And that’s ultimately the name of the game for TK Law. Our job is to make our clients’ lives easier. From getting documents signed to sharing information needed to advocate and represent their interests, all of that should minimize the burden on the client. That way, you can reach out to TK Law with the confidence that our attention is singular: we make it easy for you to give us what we need so that we can represent you. Without clients, simply, TK Law doesn’t exist.

So the biggest thank you is to my initial group of clients who made the jump with me.

Our goal and brand is to be Your Everyday Lawyer. Most needs a potential client may have can be met directly by TK Law. If there is something outside of my expertise, we have the network built to get you to the right person.
