It is not enough that restaurant industry employees just show up to work on time.
Or, as is far too often the case, even show up at all.
That is only the beginning.
While at work, employees must also take accountability for their actions, most especially when it comes to safety, health and security.
When employees understand what is to be expected of them, they take a more active role and feel more confident, and their performance is greatly improved.
In turn, a much safer, healthier and more secure restaurant environment is created for everyone.
