Rhode Island Bar Association The Rhode Island Bar Association is the unified (mandatory) bar association of the U.S. state of RI. Horton, Esq. President-Elect: Holly R. Rao, Esq.

Founded in 1898, the Rhode Island Bar Association is a unified bar association with over 6,000 attorney members licensed to practice in Rhode Island. Bar Association membership and dues are mandatory, and Bar Association dues are in addition to licensing fees charged by the Rhode Island Supreme Court.
