In 2025, R&S attorney Kash Stilz bench-tried (non-jury trial) a case for the person he had the pleasure to represent in what was essentially a wage-theft matter. The employer promised to pay Kash's person a certain amount for his work, kicked the can down the road when Kash's person continued to ask for his earned wages, and then ultimately fired him when he wouldn't stop asking for them. Today, the Kentucky Court of Appeals upheld the judgment Kash secured at the trial.
