Are you unconcerned with the effect of failing to timely pay your bar dues or disciplinary assessment, or comply with MCLE requirements? Think again. These failures, plus refusing to provide a former client with his file, recently resulted in a 60 day period of actual suspension in the Louisiana Supreme Court case of In re: Teissier, 14-2442 (2/6/15).
