The McGinn Law Firm is pleased to welcome Timothy (Tim) J. Lenaghan, Jr. to the firm. He joined the firm in August 2022.

Tim previously worked in the non-profit legal services and insurance industries and has experience in a wide range of civil litigation matters.

Tim is originally from Omaha, having graduated from Creighton Prep. He is married to his wife, Laura, and is the proud dad of three kids: Kate, Hank, and Max.

A 2013 graduate of University of Nebraska College of Law. He will primarily be practicing Probate and Estate planning, Social Security Disability, Real Estate and Business Organization.
