Good morning. A trustee is being appointed to help me distribute remaining trust funds to clients. Please understand I am working as diligently as possible, but am following procedure "to the T" in order to have the best chance at lifting the suspension on my license.

It will likely now take an additional week for me to work with the trustee and do distributions. Thank you for your patience during this difficult time.

To all current and prospective clients: today I was served with formal notice that my license to practice law is suspended until further notice, due to a disability. I would rather not share more at this time.

Please rest assured I am working to get ALL clients who have privately retained me reimbursed out of the trust account AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. I made a special trip up to the office today to get my trust account checks.

I will refund unearned retainers WITHIN THE WEEK.

Good afternoon dear friends and clients!

The office has been experiencing unusually high call volume for about the last 4 weeks. Starting in October we will be hiring a full-time receptionist to direct calls, monitor EDMS and draft SPD claims. This will also also free up Nina for more paralegal work and free me up for more face to face client meetings.

Please be advised this is NOT an ad. THE RECEPTIONIST POSITION HAS ALREADY BEEN FILLED.

Please be advised that I practice multiple types of law across multiple counties on a daily basis. I am typically scheduled to be in 2 to 3 places at once.

I am typically in Court 5 days per week.

Good afternoon dear clients!

I tested positive for COVID today, and Nina is also recovering from a positive test last Monday. Accordingly we will do our best to respond to voicemails and emails as quickly as possible. We are both currently working from home. I will do my best to hold meetings via Zoom or phone to still make myself available to you during this time! I do not expect to be able to be back in person with you until Monday, January 31 once I'm out of quarantine.

I will make sure existing Court hearings are continued, and if you are affected (your case needs to be moved because I cannot appear) you will be notified as soon as practicable.
