Several priority districts have less than two months of inventory, yet roughly **29%–39% of active listings have reduced their price.**

Translation? Well-priced, well-presented homes can move quickly…while overpriced homes are still being corrected by the market.

Then there’s the payment.

The 30-year fixed mortgage rate reached **7.28% on October 1**, which means the numbers you reviewed a few weeks ago may already be outdated.

YOU CAN'T BUILD AT THE NEXT LEVEL IF YOU'RE NOT WILLING TO GET IN THE ROOM!

Just a couple of weeks ago, I was hosting THE MOVE, encouraging others to get in the right rooms, build relationships, and position themselves for growth.

Yesterday, I took my own advice!

I attended She Builds She Profits, and here's my takeaway: No matter how much you know, how long you've been in business, or what you've already accomplished, there's ALWAYS another level to learn and grow into.

I'm a REALTOR®, an entrepreneur, and a woman with some BIG visions. But I'm also a student. I'm still learning, still building, still connecting, and still challenging myself to think beyond where I am today.

Being around people who are building businesses, investing in real estate, creating opportunities, and sharing knowledge is a reminder that your network matters, but what you DO with those connections matters even more.

Thank you to Jhanel Wilson and the She Builds She Profits team for creating a space for entrepreneurs and investors to connect and grow.

I can’t believe it’s already been a week since a MOVE I carried in my heart became a reality.

And one of the moments I keep thinking about had nothing to do with business cards, strategies, or even what happened on the stage.

It was about movement.

At THE MOVE, attendees were partnered up and challenged to look another person in the eye and say what they were ready to leave behind.

Fear. Self-doubt. Procrastination. Playing small. Isolation. Old mindsets. Whatever could not go with them into the next season.

But we didn’t stop at saying it.

Because THE MOVE requires movement.

They physically threw the old behind them… and then took a step forward.

And whew. That moment meant something.

Because sometimes you can know what you need to release and still keep carrying it. Sometimes you can pray about the next level, talk about the next level, plan for the next level… while standing in the exact same place.

At some point, you have to MOVE.

So one week later, I want to ask you the same question:

What are you leaving behind?

And more importantly… what step are you taking forward?

Your next move does not have to be huge. But it does have to require something from you.

Courage. Decision. Action. Movement.

Don’t pick back up what you already decided to put down.

Make your move.
