🎉👏 Happy 3-Year Anniversary, Linda Guillen! 👏🎉
Today we're proud to celebrate Linda Guillen on her 3-year anniversary with F&W Properties! 🎊
Over the past three years, Linda has become an invaluable part of our team as our Leasing Manager. Her dedication, professionalism, and passion for helping others have made a lasting impact on both our company and the residents we serve.
As one of our bilingual team members, Linda plays an important role in assisting our Spanish-speaking residents and prospective residents, making sure they feel welcomed, informed, and supported throughout the leasing process. She also prepares our leases, welcome emails, move-in boxes, and processes rental applications as they come in, helping ensure every new resident has a smooth and welcoming experience from the moment they apply to the day they move in.
Linda consistently goes above and beyond for our residents. She takes the time to help those who may not be the most tech-savvy by walking them through setting up their resident portals, answering their questions, and making sure they feel comfortable every step of the way. Her patience, kindness, and willingness to help are just a few of the many reasons she is so appreciated by both our residents and our team.
When it comes to leasing, Linda is one of the best at what she does. She works tirelessly to make sure our apartments are rented, never settles for less than her best, and is always striving to succeed. If you ask Linda to do something, she'll do everything she can to make sure it gets done. Her determination, reliability, and positive attitude make her someone everyone can depend on.
Outside of work, Linda is a devoted mother to her two wonderful children, Lauren and Alessandro. She is always encouraging them to work hard, follow their dreams, and become the best versions of themselves. This year was especially exciting as her oldest daughter, Lauren, celebrated her graduation from high school—a milestone that made Linda incredibly proud.
When she's not at work, Linda also enjoys giving back to her community through her church, where she volunteers her time and even participates in podcasts for her church ministry. Her heart for serving others extends far beyond the workplace and reflects the caring person she is every day.
Linda is truly a joy to have here at F&W Properties. Her compassion, dedication, leadership, and willingness to always lend a helping hand make our team stronger. We are incredibly grateful to have her as part of the F&W Properties family.
