What do people get wrong the most about what you do?

They think Estate Planning and Elder Law are the same thing.
While they are similar, the two serve different goals.

Estate Planning is, at its most basic level, what happens to your stuff when you pass.

Elder Law is more involved. Generally, it includes healthcare decisions, long-term care, and protecting assets from care costs.

The AARP states 70% of all Americans age 65 or above will need some sort of long-term care in their lifetime. That's currently about 40 million people.
