Congratulation to my first time homebuyer client Sara! 🏠🎉I'm so excited for her and her family to move into this magnificently renovated turn of the century home. She was a bit hesitant at the beginning, having not done it before, but I walked her through all the details and shared what to expect along the way. Our journey to find her dream home ended with her getting the keys to this beauty! I appreciate her trust and confidence in me. I want to congratulate my active military 🇺🇸 clients Don and Samantha on being in contract on there new home! 🎉💥🙌🏼They are currently stationed in Hawaii and will be moving back to Columbus to start a new adventure as they prepare to welcome their new addition (a baby 🍼 👦 boy) to the family! With all the transition in their lives they have truly been troopers during this difficult house hunt. I’ve had a few pep talks with them when we didn’t get a home we offered on, but they wouldn’t be defeated and their resolve was steadfast! Throughout the past few months I’ve walked through more homes on FaceTime with them than I can count. Some at 9am as soon as I could get in, others at 9pm just beating the clock before they cut off showings. That is impressive commitment from them considering they are 5 hours earlier in Hawaii than our time here! We formulated and made several strong offers that came up just short, but finally found the magical combination on this mid century beauty in Forest Park West. 🏡 It’s a sprawling 4-level split with 4 bedrooms (mother in law suite included 🤣) 2 full baths, great room, a large 3 season room, and a massive backyard tucked into the corner of their street. Congratulations to my seller clients! Just sold this like new beautiful Clayton Homes mobile home in an awesome country setting. This one has been a challenge because mobile homes not on deeded land are tough for buyers to find lending on. I know of a few great lenders now that specialize in them and I've learned alot over the past year doing multiple mobile home transactions with buyers and sellers, so if you're thinking about buying, or selling a mobile, or manufactured home on, or off deeded land I can help!
