Hey, City of Columbia friends!! I've got some sales data for our hometown and also included, just to put the interest rates in perspective, a little graph that shows us that our national average over the last 55 years has been around 6.5%. If they go down later and you buy now, you can always refinance. If they go up, you bought at the perfect time! And finally, we have some inventory to work with!! :)

Got all over today!! Went to our local board, and checked out .coffee (delish!). Then went to to@sign up my grandson for summer camp. Then checked out the new and had a blast walking in the woods and meeting new friends!
