Market update: June is showing NO bottom in sight. Foreclosures are up, but not impactful. Days on market are up, but not impactful. Interest rates are steady, not impactful. Prices continue to go up and that will remain the trend. Low inventory is the crucial data to watch going forward. BEFORE you do anything with real estate, call or message me!

You NEED an agent who battles for you behind the scenes. Here’s a video explaining what happened at 29 acre home sale. 4 delays, adding new buyers, cutting out parcels, closing package arriving AFTER close time, attorney cancelling the closing, and on and on. Inventory is climbing, but it’s still a STRONG seller’s market. I see these trends continuing to the end of 2022.
