Homes are moving a bit faster though, 54 days on market vs. 58 in April 2025. So while prices have softened, demand hasn't disappeared.

At the same time, inventory is up 13% and sales volume is nearly identical to last year. The market isn't collapsing. It's finding its footing after a few years of aggressive appreciation.
