▸ Colorado Day — Celebrate Colorado’s 150th Birthday — Saturday, August 1, 10:00 AM–4:00 PM. Colorado Springs Pioneers Museum. Free event marking the state’s sesquicentennial with exhibits, activities, and community celebration.
▸ Colorado Day in Cripple Creek — Saturday, August 1 on Bennett Ave. Free event presented by the City of Cripple Creek with live music, food trucks, vendors, and the Rambler 500 Motorcycles.
▸ Sunset Viewing on Pikes Peak — Saturday, August 1. Pikes Peak – America’s Mountain, Cascade. A guided sunset experience at 14,115 feet. Tickets required — check PeakRadar for details.
▸ Vino & Notes Wine and Music Festival — Saturday, August 1. Memorial Park, Woodland Park. A jazz, food, and wine festival in the heart of Teller County’s largest town.
▸ Adventure Day at Cheyenne Mountain State Park — Saturday, August 1 starting at 10:00 AM. Archery, rock wall climbing, wildlife education, outdoor games, and more. Free with park entry.

Teller County
▸ 106th Teller County Fair — Final weekend, July 31–August 2. Teller County Fairgrounds, Cripple Creek (500 County Road 1). The big closer: Family Day with Touch-A-Truck and kids’ games on Saturday, Demolition Derby Saturday evening, Bull Riding and Barrel Racing on Sunday, plus carnival rides, 4‑H exhibits, food vendors, and livestock shows all weekend.
▸ Cowboy Church — Sunday morning, August 2 at the fairgrounds. A longtime fair tradition before the final day’s events.
Note: Teller County is under a Stage II Fire Ban through the weekend. All fireworks are prohibited.

A few things worth keeping in mind as you use it: ShowingTime automatically blocks showing requests on any listing in Coming Soon–No Show status, so compliance is built in. Once a listing goes Active, scheduling opens immediately. Confirmations and follow-ups run automatically, so you’re not chasing down confirmations manually.

The condo and townhome picture in El Paso County improved in June. 139 units sold, up 7% from June 2025, with 658 listings available, up 10% year over year. That’s meaningfully more inventory than this time last year.

Days on market dropped to 51 from 61 in May, suggesting units are moving faster heading into summer. Median price came in at $325,000, down slightly from $334,900 in May and $332,500 in June 2025.

For clients exploring condos as an entry point, more options are available now than this time last year and the pace is picking up.

Median single-family home price in El Paso County came in at $499,999 in June, down about 2% from $510,000 in June 2025, and essentially flat compared to May’s $500,000.

With sales volume up 3% and inventory at its highest point all year, price stability alongside more activity on both ends signals a balanced market, not a declining one.

That’s a useful data point for clients who are reading headlines and expecting bigger swings.

El Paso County closed June with its highest inventory level of the year, 2,992 single-family homes available, up 3% from June 2025.

1,046 homes sold in June, up 3% year over year. Median sales price held nearly flat at $499,999, and days on market ticked up slightly to 42 compared to 39 in May. Still a healthy pace for this market.

More inventory, consistent sales activity, and a stable price point. The market is moving.
