I have scaled back my practice significantly however, I will die with my law license active and this is one of the reasons why. I LOVE being a part of transactions with my near and dear very small circle. I wouldn’t put the people I love in the hands of anyone else and I am always humbled and honored to be a part of these moments with those that I love. Finally getting back to doing “in person” . It’s been a rough few months working through the pandemic, but we are slowly making our way back to “normal”. Never in my life did I imagine I would have to take such precautions in practice or that I would be scared to have people come into the office. I have been very lucky 1) to be able to continue to work during this pandemic, 2) that I have only had to interact with clients twice since this began because the title companies are handling everything and 3) that I at least have some basic necessities to practice safely. I will have my clients signing documents from 10+ feet away and will be thoroughly disinfecting in between the multiple appointments today. Hoping everyone is staying safe and following the guidelines, happy Saturday! 🤗

Record breakers are always memorable. 420 days. That’s how long these gracious, patient, amazing clients waited for this one home. Their patience was remarkable. It really puts things into perspective. When you want the house and it’s the one, you do what it takes to get it. Many congratulations to our buyers who finally closed today. Thankful that this experience was shared with Raul and Greg who were equally patient and tirelessly worked with everyone to get it done.
