The law firm of Donnellon, Donnellon & Miller, LPA was founded in 1951 by Edward J. Tom and Terry Donnellon have continued the suburban practice founded by their father and are proud to have expanded into the third family generation, having been joined in 2006 by Terry’s daughter, Meghan Donnellon. Tom Donnellon specializes his practice in real estate law, probate law, estate planning, trusts and

wills, and business law. Tom is a Registered Land Examiner in Hamilton County. Terry Donnellon specializes his practice in personal injury, litigation, business law, dealership law, special needs trusts, and municipal law. Terry is the current Law Director for the City of Montgomery. In 1985, Tom and Terry were joined in practice by Doug Miller. Doug specializes his practice in township and municipal law, probate, wills and trusts and taxation. Doug is the current Law Director for Sycamore Township and the Village of Newtown. Rob Butler joined the practice in 1990 after a tour of duty in Desert Storm. He specializes in criminal law, collections, personal injury and domestic relations. Rob is the current Law Director for the Village of Golf Manor. All of the attorneys at Donnellon, Donnellon & Miller are well versed in municipal and township law and the firm actively represents the City of Montgomery, the Villages of Golf Manor and Newtown, and the Township of Sycamore. In addition, the firm has represented a number of other communities over the years on a contract basis. Donnellon, Donnellon & Miller was one of the first “suburban law firms” founded when Edward J. Donnellon located in the Deer Park area in the early 1960′s. The firm has stayed in the northeast suburbs of Hamilton County ever since and have been located at the present address of 9079 Montgomery Road, next door to Moeller High School, since 1990.
