Olivia joined CMRS as a partner in 2015 after running her own practice for a number of years. Olivia currently accepts cases in the areas of Family Law and Elder Law. Olivia evaluates the following types of family law cases for representation:

• Uncontested Divorce
• Contested Divorce
• Post Divorce litigation
• Custody and parenting time for unmarried parents
Olivia is particularly excited about the area of Collaborative Law as a means to terminate your marriage because it keeps families out of Court. She is very experienced in family law litigation, but only recommends it to clients if absolutely necessary. Olivia believes that a family’s resources are best used outside of the courtroom, where possible. Olivia offers two types of family law consultations. The first is a 75 minute consultation which costs $250.00. During this consultation, Olivia is able to evaluate your case and advise on its strengths and weaknesses and provide an opinion for next steps. You will be required to complete homework in advance of this meeting so that Olivia can have a more thorough understanding of your case and provide you with the most value during your meeting. The second type of consultation is a complimentary 30 minute consultation. Olivia will learn about your situation and discuss possible next steps as well as answer general questions about the law. Olivia is passionate about helping the senior community obtain the care they need, while potentially preserving some of their hard earned money from the incredibly expensive costs of long term care. Olivia offers a complimentary 30 minute phone or in-person consultation to discuss your needs. At that meeting, she will determine the scope of services needed and discuss the cost of her services. Olivia is willing to travel for meetings, but an extra fee may be associated.
