The Foundation for Fraternal Excellence (FFE) Seminar brought together fraternal leaders from across the country - and our Fraternal Law team was proud to be part of the conversation.

From presentations to leadership milestones, there was plenty to celebrate:

Amy H. and John C. presented on Online Privacy Laws- an increasingly important topic for today’s fraternal organizations.
Ali T. shared an update on Charitable Registration and the latest regulatory considerations.
After 12 years of service, John C. wrapped up his 12th and final year as an FFE Board member.
And we’re excited to see Amy H. begin her first year as an FFE Board member, with many more hopefully ahead!

We’re also proud to continue our commitment to the fraternal community as a “Distinguished Diamond” Alliance Partner and major contributor to the Elevating Fraternities Campaign.

For us, Fraternal Law is about more than providing legal counsel. It’s about showing up, sharing knowledge, serving as leaders, and investing in the future of the fraternal community.

The 2026 Fraternal Law Conference will be taking place on November 5th and 6th, 2026 in Cincinnati, Ohio at Great American Ballpark. We will begin around 8:30am on November 5th and conclude around noon eastern on November 6th. In order to accommodate as many people as possible, we will be offering two options to participate. Attendees choosing the in-person option will be provided breakfast on both days, along with lunch and a happy hour on the first day.
