One of the things I LOVE about 3841 Kilbourne Avenue in Oakley is its proximity to so many of the places I frequently stop(but, its also private at the end of a cul-de-sac street)! I was turning on lights for a showing and decided to hit the path nearby to send my kids letters from Oakley USPS. Then I had a key for a listing made Ace Hardware, grabbed doughnuts for my parents Servatii Pastry and caffeinated with Starbucks in The Plaza. Unfortunately, there wasn't time for a stop Kawa Revolvingsushi but I'll be sure to go when I'm on Kilbourne next time! This listing has so much square footage and provides great opportunity for someone who wants to expand in Oakley, not to mention the yard is fabulous. I would love for you to tour this home!
