Last week, we had the wonderful opportunity to spend two full days on a team retreat, working on the business so we can better serve our clients.

We focused on improving processes, strengthening communication, building trust, and mapping out our team's future trajectory. Along the way, we refined internal systems, tackled ropes courses and zip lines, and spent meaningful time growing together both professionally and personally.

We returned this week refreshed, energized, and focused on serving our clients and delivering exceptional estate planning services. We are grateful to invest in our team so we can continue providing the highest level of care and support to the families we serve.

Saturday, we participated in the 3rd Annual West Side Open at Neumann Golf Course. Founded in 2024, the Westide Open's mission is to bring people together for a good time while supporting a local family facing a tough situation. This year, we were proud to Swing for Estella! A wonderful day of golf, community, and support for a meaningful cause.

We would like to give a BIG Happy Birthday to one of our hardest working employees in the office, Rory! She turns 5 today! Rory is one of the two office dogs that come to work every day with owner, Mallory Brown. If you've worked with Christopher M. Diedling, Attorney at Law before, you've most likely talked with Mallory to schedule an appointment. Rory works hard by getting pets and treats, and making sure Mallory responds to all emails and phone calls. Happy Birthday Rory!
