Just Sold on Chicago Ave in Ukrainian Village!

3 Bed | 2 Bath
$605,000

This spring market was definitely a challenging one, but we were able to secure this beautiful newer-construction condo in a boutique elevator building in an incredible neighborhood.

The unit features a front balcony with a gas line, a semi-private rooftop deck space, and the option to build out a private rooftop deck directly off the back of the unit. Other standout features include a custom gas fireplace, mosaic tilework, heated bathroom floors, and a steam shower.

Excited for my clients to start this next chapter together in such a great home and neighborhood.

Grateful to celebrate another beautiful Passover with family this year at Max's Deli.

Good food, lots of laughter, a few spirited debates over the Haggadah, and the reminder that traditions are even more meaningful when shared around the table together.

Grateful to share that I received the Impact Award at Christie's International Real Estate this year.

What I appreciate most about this one is that it’s not just about sales numbers. It recognizes leadership, mentorship, community involvement, and the way you show up for clients and colleagues.

That only happens because of the people I get to work with.

To my clients — past and present — thank you for trusting me with big decisions. To everyone who has referred me, supported me, or had conversations about real estate with me, you’re a huge part of this.

This business is built on relationships. I’m grateful for all of them.

Looking forward to continuing to make a positive impact — one deal and one relationship at a time.

Huge thank you to everyone who came out for our Alpha Epsilon Pi gathering and private tour of Revolution Brewery 🍻 It was great reconnecting with brothers, meeting new faces, and continuing to build momentum here in Chicago.

Shoutout to Sam Strum, Jordan Pollack, Benjy Wax, and myself for helping organize the event — and a big thank you to Revolution Brewery for hosting us and giving us an awesome behind-the-scenes experience.

Our goal is to rebuild and strengthen the Chicago AEPi alumni group to better support the international organization, expand our network, foster friendships, and create meaningful opportunities for brothers locally. Events like this are a big part of keeping that momentum going.

We’re already looking ahead to our next event (targeting late April). If you’re interested in helping organize, have ideas for future events, or own or are connected to a brother-owned local business or venue that could host, we’d love to hear from you. Please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Looking forward to seeing everyone again soon. 🍻

Grateful for a year full of great memories, big milestones, and even bigger wins. From unforgettable moments to helping amazing people buy and sell real estate — this year had it all. Thankful for everyone who supported, trusted, and believed in me along the way.

If you’re thinking about buying, selling, or just have questions about the market, I’m always happy to help. Let’s make next year even better.

Dive Bars & the Real Estate Around Them 🍻🏡 (Part 3 of 4)

Tonight’s stop: Best Intentions in Logan Square.
We came for the vibes, stayed for the matzo ball soup, cheeseburger, and (surprisingly) the calf liver mousse. No regrets.

Just a short walk away, we’re featuring a 2-unit building my clients purchased—a perfect example of why Logan Square is one of the most livable (and investable) neighborhoods in the city.

Great bars. Great food. Even better real estate.
If you can see yourself living in this neighborhood, send me a DM.

✨ What a night at the 2025 Chicago Children’s Museum Gala! ✨

So grateful to have shared this evening with such an inspiring group of people. Together we celebrated creativity, curiosity, and the power of play — all while supporting a space that helps kids learn, explore, and dream big.

A special thank-you to .wong for being such a passionate supporter — your commitment truly helps make nights like this possible. 🙌

Thank you to everyone who came out, dressed up, laughed, bid, danced, and made the night unforgettable. Here’s to building brighter futures, one joyful moment at a time. 💛🏙️

What a week. 🇧🇬✨ We just got back from the most incredible trip to Bulgaria, celebrating the wedding of our dear friends Joe & Velina. From the moment we landed, it felt like stepping into a whole new world of history, culture, and hospitality.

We ate everything—from fresh Black Sea mussels, mackerel, and bluefish to the ever-present and always-perfect Shopska Salad (tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, feta, and magic, basically). And of course, mornings often started with warm, flaky banitsa — layers of pastry and cheese that might just ruin all other breakfasts forever. Every meal turned into a feast, and every feast somehow turned into another round of homemade rakia. Let’s just say… the locals weren’t sure we could keep up, but by the end of the week we proudly proved them wrong. 🥂🔥

We wandered the cobblestone streets of Sozopol’s old town, explored the beautiful churches of Sofia, and spent our downtime at the Saint Thomas resort right on the Black Sea. And then came the main event—the wedding. A beach ceremony at sunset that rolled right into a celebration under the stars, fueled by rakia, Bulgarian beer, and endless dancing until the sun came up over the sea.

It’s hard to put into words how special this trip was—not just because of the stunning places we saw or the food and drink (though those were next level), but because of the people. Joe & Velina, thank you for bringing us into your world, for letting us share in the joy of your families, and for giving us an excuse to fall in love with Bulgaria. Here’s to you both, and to a week we’ll never forget. ❤️🌊🍇🇧🇬
