Linda Sanchez proudly built the first ICF (insulated concrete form) luxury single family home approved by the city of Chicago’s Green Permit Department. She has orchestrated several successful new construction and retrofit/rehab projects, and in some doubled as broker and general contractor. In addition, Linda has walked many clients through the process of finding the site, working with the architect, meeting the alderman, working through the attorney and political rezoning process, securing funding, managing the construction process, along with the marketing and sales.
