👩🏼‍⚖️❗️Jury Trial Victory – Reckless Driving – NOT GUILTY‼️
S|A|S Legal Group LLC is proud to announce another jury trial success. Last week, Attorney Crystal Stewart secured a not guilty verdict for a client who had been charged with reckless driving. 🚙
The State wanted the jury to believe that simply being upset behind the wheel was enough to prove reckless conduct. But Crystal was able to prove that’s not what the law says. We showed the jury that:
✅ Anger or frustration does not automatically equal criminal behavior
✅ Ordinary driving mistakes — speeding, missing a blinker, passing another car — are not the same as willfully disregarding the safety of others
✨Our defense made it clear: this was not reckless driving. The jury agreed. ✨We are honored our client trusted us to take this case all the way to trial. Their courage, combined with our commitment to justice, led to a well-earned acquittal.👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Duties include (but are not limited to:

🔸Providing direct support to attorneys through all phases of case management
🔸Drafting legal correspondence, pleadings, and other documents
🔸Managing physical and electronic case files, including scanning, organizing, and indexing materials
🔸Filing documents with the court (both electronically and in person)
🔸Scheduling hearings, meetings, and client appointments
🔸Maintaining calendars and case deadlines
🔸Handling client communications with professionalism and discretion
🔸Assisting with trial preparation, discovery, and exhibits

🔻Requirements and Preferences🔻
🔹Proficiency is required in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other standard Microsoft Office programs
