ICYMI: Our client Tommai Murphy sat down with Live 5 News to share her story. She was stabbed in the Northwoods Mall food court while shopping for her son back in March. Joe Cunningham Law has filed a negligent security lawsuit alleging no security was patrolling the area, and the attacker walked through the mall with a knife without being stopped.

Tommai survived, but she still carries the trauma. She wants accountability, and she wants stronger security so no other shopper goes through what she did. Everyone deserves to feel safe in a public place.

Joe Cunningham Law has filed a negligent security lawsuit on behalf of a client who was stabbed at Northwoods Mall.

The lawsuit alleges that the mall failed to provide adequate security measures to protect those on the property. We’re committed to seeking accountability for our client and making sure their story is heard.

📚 September’s book donation took us to Buist Academy!

This month, librarian Mr. Baker focused on replacing misplaced books and adding South Carolina Book Award nominees to the library’s collection.
