March 2026 // March has been a very unexpectedly busy month for me. Both in my professional life and my personal life. How I survived the month.. Only God knows 😅 My son's birthday and birthday party, family's life changing matters, working with 2 sellers, 2 buyers, 1 landlord, 2 tenants, and taking on a mentee on top of everything else has made it quite insane this month.

Thankful for every opportunity and thankful to be able to meet and help each of these families with their housing needs!

9-12-25 // SOLD!!! We saw this listing off market but they wouldn't sell it to us. Finally came out on the market for $565,000 and we got it for $540,000!! My client was super thrilled! She fell in love with the place the moment we stepped foot into it. I'm super happy for her! 8 years ago we closed on her purchase on my son's birth date, and this year we almost closed on my birthday 😅

Thankful for her trust in me that she would call me 8 years later to assist her in not only her new purchase but the sale of her condo as well!

It's been since the kids went back to school! Two properties under contract, two properties that went active last week, and a buyer consultation tomorrow!

8-23-24 // UNDER CONTRACT!! We were able to get my client under contract twice already on the same day! I helped my client buy this property 8 years ago! I didn't get to go to her settlement back then because it was the same day I gave birth to my first born so I was at the hospital 😅

Here we are 8 years later with a sell and a buy. And I'll be making it to BOTH get closings 🤗🎉🎉

Thankful she kept me top of mind after all these years to help her in her real estate journey 🙏

This was a tough sell being on the 3rd floor with no elevators and also being a 1 bedroom with very little showings. But timing and everything happens for a reason! And an offer came at the perfect time as our offer on the other property was getting accepted! PTL!
