United Corporate Housing is looking for a Guest Experience Unit Coordinator to help ensure every apartment is perfectly prepared before our guests arrive.

In this role, you'll:
✔️ Inspect and prepare apartments for move-in
✔️ Ensure every home meets our high quality standards
✔️ Troubleshoot Wi-Fi and assist with basic technology setup
✔️ Perform light furniture assembly and minor handyman tasks
✔️ Coordinate with our operations team and vendors
✔️ Help create an exceptional experience for every guest

We're looking for someone who is:
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Customer-focused with a hospitality mindset
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment

Corporate housing is typically designed for longer, more predictable stays with:

One of the biggest mistakes people make when booking furnished housing is focusing only on price.

The better questions are:
• Will this location fit my day-to-day routine?
• Is there real support if something goes wrong?
• Is the housing provider managing the stay directly or outsourcing it?
• How flexible are the terms if plans shift?
• Will this actually feel comfortable for a long-term stay?

Because temporary housing works best when it feels less temporary.
