Langford Law Office is an Arizona based law firm with a primary focus on family law, dedicated to serving clients across Maricopa, Pima, Pinal, Santa Cruz, and Cochise counties; providing limited services in Gila County as well. With offices conveniently located in Tucson and Chandler, we focus on providing compassionate and effective legal representation tailored to the unique needs of each client. Our team thrives in a collaborative and professional environment, aiming to deliver the highest standard of legal services in matters of family law. We are currently looking to expand our practice to serve more areas in Arizona, including all of Gila County, Yavapai, Coconino, Yuma, and Navajo counties.
This is a part time position for a contract attorney. This attorney will be willing and able to independently handle family matters in at least one county that Langford Law does not already serve. This candidate must be prepared to handle a variety of family law cases, including divorce, child custody, support, and other related legal matters. Responsibilities include preparing legal documents such as motions, providing legal counsel, and representing clients in court proceedings. The ideal candidate will ensure the highest levels of professionalism, confidentiality, and advocacy for clients throughout their cases.
Proficiency in Family Law and handling a variety of legal issues related to family matters
Experience drafting and filing legal documents, including Motions
Skilled in conducting Depositions and presenting cases effectively in court
Private Mediation experience a plus.
Estate Planning knowledge a plus.
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active state bar membership in Arizona in good standing
Strong spoken and written communication abilities
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to handle cases and deadlines efficiently
Prior experience in family law practice is required
