Every closing has a story... and this one is one I'll remember for a long time. ❤️

Yesterday, we officially closed on 128 Mossland Drive! 🎉

This sweet cottage came with one of the most unique lending processes I've encountered in more than 20 years in real estate. Through no fault of the buyer or lender, this property required some creative financing solutions, and after three postponed closing dates, it would've been easy to get discouraged.
