Just because you’re approved for a certain price doesn’t mean you have to spend it.

One of the biggest mistakes I see buyers make is shopping at the very top of their budget. Remember, your monthly payment is only part of the cost of homeownership. You’ll also want room in your budget for maintenance, repairs, emergencies, and still be able to enjoy life.

The goal isn’t to buy the most expensive house you can qualify for—it’s to buy the home that lets you sleep well at night.

A lot of people don’t realize that this career is 100% commission. We invest in our business before we ever see a paycheck we pay for licenses, education, marketing, software, gas, time, and countless hours working with no guarantee of a closing.

It’s not the easiest path, but for those willing to stay consistent, learn, and keep showing up, it can be an incredible career.

The dream doesn’t happen overnight it’s built one day at a time. 🤍
